This thermostat let’s you lock in a low and high temperature and people cannot set it below or above those temperatures. This feature is missing from some of the Nest thermostats. This makes it a perfect thermostat for rental houses like Airbnb’s.

This unit looks after the furnace system in our house very well. Setting up the wifi integration was very easy and the unit has never needed any further updates or maintenance. It has run flawlessly in the house for 4 years now.

I am pleased with the T6, which was installed with the new A/C unit, the T6 features are easy use. Being wifi enabled I can check and review the temperature while away from home and adjust as required. It also allows me to create an away and home which is linked to the geo-fence created with my phone. It integrated seamlessly with my Apple equipment.

Meh...I guess it's OK when it's working. We have several zones in our house. Two of the thermometers are WiFi. One works and one doesn't. I have three more thermometers in separate parts of the house that aren't WiFi. The system is kind of useless when you can only control 2 of the zones remotely and only one of them stays consistently online. Also, you can create a kind of an alarm system for when you are out of town. It seems like a neat idea, but when I had it enabled it ran down the battery on my iPhone really fast (I have a fairly new model and my battery usually lasts 2 days or more without recharging...with this system enabled it was almost dead within hours!) Needless to say I'm not impressed with the new "smart" thermostats.

The display on my thermostat is not the same as shown in the above picture. The line between the center (- 72 +) and the bottom line (Mode Menu Fan) is missing on my thermostat, i.e. "the wake away etc" line is missing. There is no way to program to program daily or weekly temperature schedule. Disappointed that these features are missing.

I love this thermostat! It's so easy to program and I absolutely love that I can adjust anything, anytime, from anywhere on my phone! The convenience of never needing to replace batteries is a definite plus and it looks very nice on the wall. I can't come up with a single negative thing to say about it. I definitely reccomend this thermostat!
