Dual Climate feature is not effective. We have to set or regulate both upstairs and downstairs panels separately.

I am a a/c technician and I did not have a problem configuring for my heat pump. A home owner, for a heat pump I would highly recommend getting a technician to do your set up. The stat does exactly what they say it does. Good product for the price. Remember that they also have a very great technical support.

We are most unhappy with this thermostat. It was difficult to find the manual on line. Setting the temperature and times was not difficult, however. We synced with our phone and mimicked the schedule set initially on thermostat. Now heat is turned on when it is not set to, and we cannot access the schedule on the phone, only a current temperature reading.
