It works good just dont like the screen on it.....its hard to see stuff on it. Would be nice if you could have a black back ground with light letters & numbers. Maybe make the print a little larger. I miss my Nest Thermostat

Thermostat works but can't log in from my phone. It brings me back into a loop to the login screen everytime. Called customer service a few times over this past month. They tried to help but they eventually said it seems to be a problem with the Samsung phones and the technical department is working on it. Still waiting and still can't log in. The app has still not been updated and it has been several weeks now.

It is a pretty good thermostat, but would be better if it was more intuitive for the lay persons. Written direction are written in a way that, at least for us, leaves out directions which the user must figure their way through things. I’m thinking we didn’t get the full instruction book. We figured our way through things, but it could have been a better experience. The system we purchased is wonderful as was our installers and sales folks.
