Got this thermostat when my new hvac system was installed at the endnof October 2020. The thermostat didnt even last a year before it had to be replaced. After looking online it seems to be a common issue with this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The T6 Pro Smart Thermostat is a great product that works intuitively and is essential in helping me regulate the heat at a vacation house. It works seamlessly over the internet so I can control everything from my phone, with ease. I also have a Nest thermostat at a house, and it too works well, but in my opinion the T6 is superior.

It is so wonderful to be able to monitor our home heating and air when out of town. Very easy to set up and use controls. This is our first WiFi thermostat and we would never go back to the old control. Very happy with this purchase.
