Found it hard to use so got rid of it within 3 weeks. Wouldn’t stay connected to the cloud, made geofence control impossible. Resetting to device required the app which only intermittently worked. When it lost WiFi connection it would require complete reset of the device to get it running again.
It's really cool! Easy to use and set up (as long as you know the answers to the questions it asks. Ex: how many stages your cooling system is, what type of heating system you have, etc. If you know the answers to those questions, it's a breeze.
Provides an intuitive, touch-screen interface. Seems to work well. I haven't explored all of the Wi-fi features, but I was able to download the app to my phone and with Wi-fi enabled on the thermostat, I was able to control the temperature setting with my phone. The phone app's functionality seemed limited to just temperature setting, but I may have missed some details. I then deactivated the Wi-fi on the thermostat due to security concerns. The device appears well-designed -- having had it only a couple of weeks, and not yet going through a heating season (only some AC.)
