We now have a replacement unit. The first unit showed an ambient temperature which was 2, sometimes 3 degrees different from actual temperatures and had software problems. Second seems fine. Don't know if unit or contractor was the problem.

The set up was awkward. The interface and controls do not feel like they should be the extra $125 I spent on it. The WiFi does not work when I'm not home.

Why I am rating this so low is I have setup the home, away and sleep settings and the thermostat continues setting the sleep temp about 3 hours earlier than I have scheduled it in the application. I have to now go troubleshoot this issue.

The unit works much better than previous unit, but would like to dim lighting but donât know how? Otherwise it works very well.
