We chose this thermostat when replacing heat pump system 5 months earlier. The convenience, wifi, and able to program easily were contributing factors. Sadly, the unit broke and we had to replace unit. Cause of breakdown unknown, HVAC contractor replaced under warranty and we still like. Just not sure if would replace with same again if another breakdown

TheT6 is simple to use and accurate . My old thermostat had a a range of 2 degrees . It would overshoot the set temperature by 2 degrees . When I set the T6 , it is always on the set temp.

Thermostat keeps disconnecting from WiFi and you have to take it off the wall to reset the system and get it to reconnect. Total waste of money.

I purchased a home that already had this thermostat installed, but the prior homeowner was not using the Wi-Fi feature. It was easy to set up and makes it very convenient for monitoring and changing the thermostat.
