When you try to access it remotely it is really slow.
If you make a temporary adjustment to your temperature it doesn’t have a simple way to return to the regular program later on.

HomeKit compatibility is important to me. This device often is not connected in HomeKit and does not respond. However, it is accessible throw its native mobile app. Lack of consistent accessibility via HomeKit is extremely annoying and should be fixed.

When the internet goes down you have to reset your phone. It won’t work on a 5 g network. Has to be only 4 g should be updated
