Our device is merely months old and functions as if it were possessed..? The temperature on the device shows 71 when it's supposed to be 74. No matter how much I try to get it to function correctly, it is persistent... it won't!!

Really difficult to program. Took multiple calls to tech support to finally get it working. NEST does this so much better. Does not have some of the features that my 4 year NEST could do.

Thermostat works and is capable of controlling complex systems, but the programming options are limited based on the setup. It will cycle on and off at very short intervals and can’t be programmed for a larger temp span or less cycles per hour because of the options in the installed system.
