This thermostat is impressive. It does the expected functions very smoothly. The WIFI access is fine, and gives very nice capability to check and turn things on an off remotely, Good to turn on the air when coming home from trip!

Overall, very happy with it, and like the ability to control from my phone. I had read some reviews that the thermostat will occasionally lose it's WiFi connection. I've had it for about 3 weeks now, and that happened once, but it was able to re-connect by itself about 10 hours later. But I did discover one thing that I found disappointing: one cannot set the temperature above 90. That may seem absurd, but I am not home during the day, and my upstairs often will get up to 92 or 94, and I don't want my AC running when no one is home, so I used to set the old thermostat at 100 to prevent the AC from running, but the new one can't be set above 90, so I either have to turn off the system, or let the AC run when it gets hot.

Though a schedule may be set up, this is not a learning thermostat like Nest. Interface is confusing and lengthy when setting up a schedule. Not easy to read from afar; need to get up close and/or touch screen so it will light up.

Works very well. Easy to set up. Geofencing works except you need to make sure the app is open on your phone to get it to start. This kind of defeats the purpose of set it and forget it with no schedules.
