This is a professional level thermostat that needs to be set up by a pro but once installed it is simple to operate from a phone or the screen itself. I have 5 of these thermostats in operation in one building and plan to add 4 more soon to complete the building.

Being able to adjust the temperature from my phone, and knowing that the thermostat is getting ready as I come home from work (within 3 miles) has been nice. I can't wait to try out Vacation Mode, and hope it saves on my utility bill.
