Have not been able to get wifi APP to work with thermostat. Operating it from the thermostat is confusing and difficult. This is the worst Thermostat I have ever used

I have enjoyed the T6 Pro! My HVAC installer recommended the T6 Pro. My building has 8 zones and I'm testing the T6 in one of the zones.

After several calls and hours on the phone with your technicians trying to hook this up remotely I was unsuccessful. Two technicians promised to call me back after talking to their supervisor but never did. So at this point I am unable to access remotely which is why I bought it in the first place. It is a rental property in another state so I thought it was a perfect solution- I guess I was wrong.
