EXTREMELY difficult to set up. I spent at least three hours- trying to do it myself, then with a neighbor, and finally over an hour with the Honeywell Tech Support people (who were VERY helpful). It is now up and running.

Initially ran into a problem staying connected to my WiFi but made a call to Resideo and their representative quickly walked me through the necessary steps and since then no problems. It is very easy to reprogram which I've done a couple of times. There are many, many options that meet virtually every possible situation. Always works flawlessly after I make changes.

I replaced another brand of "smart" thermostat that would not hold a comfortable temp. The Honeywell unit works great and holds perfect temp on my geothermal system. LOVE IT!

I like that I can connect wirelessly to my three thermostats. Usually they perform well. The low rating is due to the fact that one thermostat simply quit working. Luckily, I was still within the warranty period with our home builder, so the ac company changed it out at no charge, but not before saying this model was known for failing in this way. I’m not looking forward to the future inconvenience and expense.
