T6 Pro Thermostat - Should be name T6 Amateur

The firmware/software for this product is not very stable. There are many 'WiFi Disconnects' and I know our internal WiFi is quite stable. Additionally, the fact that you can not control the thermostat from a Windows PC is not ideal. Honeywell only provides an app for Android and iPhone. We use an external temperature sensor with one of the thermostats to control a dual fuel configuration (we have 4 Honeywell stats in total). The thermostat doesn't show external temperature or we heat source it is calling for .... very weak!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The app is convenient and provides reassurance. The wall unit is solid. Recently had a 2-day power outage, and the unit came back on with no intervention from me, remembering the programmed schedule and other settings. Again, very convenient.
