Works great, however when WIFI signal is lost, you need to redo your entire set up process if you want to use via mobile phone. Overall the features are good. I will use manually.

We have this in a property that we rent short term and it’s nice that you can set a heat limit and monitor temp in winter in case of furnace outages.

It only has hot/cold. No ability to switch between both. I should be able to set a temp and the thermostat pick between hot/cold to maintain that temp. Took it out and replaced with nest.

Works well. Basic operation is easy to use. We use WiFi monitoring to check on remote cabin; works well. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it is slightly out of calibration (temperature), showing 1 to 2 degrees warmer than actural.

Coming from a nest thermostat system, this appears to be missing quite a few features like auto change to heat or cool, app doesn’t work properly etc. These are technically functional but not fantastic. I received these with my home purchase but will be moving to a different product set soon.
