I have been unable to get it to communicate with my tuxedo touch keypad. You would think since they both have the Honeywell Home logo that it would be easy to do. I have tried all the instructions I have been able to find but nothing works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to pair, looses internet connection a lot. I had nest previously at my last nome, worked great. My new home came with this, complete disappointment.

It was a very long process but they finally got the tstat functional., 9 months to be exact. There’s an issue with apple products and an area of memory (wac or Mac), not sure about the acronym, but it had to be disabled during setup..
