If you live where it gets extremely cold, or extremely hot and you want some remote control, this is a great option. Be patient when you set it up on line. Will take an hour of your time.

Works well, once it's set up. But the set up and wi-fi connection is needlessly painful. I can't believe there isn't a better technology/method available; or that it only has the capability of connecting to a 2.4 ghz connection.

This Thermostat is amazing. Our new home came with 3 seperate T6 Pro Smart Thermostats that allows us to control the temperature in differant zones of the house. Even if you only have one it allows you to control it from anywhere. Our old house had 1 Thermostat but it was downstairs and if it gets too hot or cold who wants to get out of bed and go chnge the Thermostat, nobody. How about grabbing your smart phone on the nightstand and changing it from the confort of your bed? With the T6 you can do that. You left for your 2 week vacation and can't remember if you changed the Thermostat to save a little while away, no problem just check your phone as you can see it and change it if you like from anywhere on the planet that you have an internet connection.
I havent even figured out what all it can do uet but it beats every other thermostat I have ever had already. Just amazing!

When i first seen the thermostat i was iffy about useing it? PGE they exchanged my old thermostat for this one but my other one was all big and fancy? So whenbthe technician installed it I loved it? And would not trade it for any other kind. The T6 PRO SMART THERMOSTAT keeps my energy Bill to a very nice Price.
