This thermostat is great! So easy to use and so convenient to have the app and to be able to control everything from your phone. The geofencing through Honeywell Home is a great feature.

This came with the house. This is a thermostat trying to imitate Nest or Evobee. Does not have the software to do so effectively. The phone app is very basic too and lacking features and does mot work consistently. Too many issues. Will save some money and buy a Nest or Ecobee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
