I received this thermostat with my new HVAC system. I have other WiFi thermostats that have screens that display time, date, inside-outside temperatures, humidity, temperature set backs, display colors, display light delays, etc.
This thermostat has very few options, very lax on necessary displayable information.

Geofencing doesn’t work. I’m thinking of changing to a Nest or Ecobee thermostat. We had no issues with previous smart thermostats and have noticed other users have had issues with the T6 geofencing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The thermostat is great and super easy to set up and link to a phone. The geofencing option is amazing and very helpful.
I would have given it a 5 star but the app I think could use a little more work to be better. It constantly keeps me logged in and then when trying to log in later it will say there has been to many attempts and it will erase my login information. It would be awesome if it would time out or log out when you force stop the application. And have a facial recognition option for saving the log on.
