Nice thermostat, once it's installed and set up. Had problems with the "C" wire. There was a "C" wire attached to the old thermostat, so figured this one would work no problems. Installed it and nothing. Found the "C" wire was attached to the thermostat but not inside the furnace. Thankfully, I found a YouTube video that helped. Once connected it came up. Took a bit to figure out how to program the "auto change" feature and a few others. Working great now. I like being able to control it remotely. Worth buying if you need the features it has. Never had a problem with a Honeywell thermostat!

I am very pleased with this smart thermostat. I have two homes. One is a city home and the other is a lake home. In the summer when I go to my lake home I am able to turn on the air conditioning on in advance of arrival. And of course turn up the air conditioning to 80° in my city home. This saves me a lot of money. If there is a power failure the retained temperature preset holds.
It is also nice to check on my homes by Wi-Fi to be confident that they are working as set. They always are. This is the best investment I could have made.
