My only complaint is that if there is an internet interruption, it takes a while for the thermostats to be back online. This does not happen with my other devices V. Otherwise they are great and easy to use.

I received my first one from my electric company because they were offering it to me for free. I did have to pay for the installation. I have only had it for a few months and it quit working and I had to replace it. It was very expensive. I am a widow living on a fixed income and cannot afford such an expense. I sure hope this one last longer. Not very happy about it.

The app is wonderful. changing the temp while your on vacation and being able to adjust it back to normal a few hours before you return is amazing. Adjusting the schedule is some much easier on my phone than standing at the face of the thermostat and is more intuitive as well. If it didn't take me over an hour and a call to tech support to eventually get the thermostat connected to my home wifi I would rate this app much higher. i am an engineer and connect to IP devices regularly for my machine programing job. I would not know what it would be like for a none technical person to get this going.
