We purchased 13 of these thermostats for our Church. I can now control them on my phone. I also can program them to cut on and off from my phone or on site.

The thermostat is not working. I set it at 78 and it goes down into the 69s. If it’s on heat, it goes past 78 into the 80s. The shuttle system does not appear to work as the upstairs stays in the high 89s even when cooling is on..
I do not like the new thermostat. I also do not like that I cannot see the temperature on the wall unit, or make changes there.
I’d like Westerly to come and balance them or replace the one upstairs that had the broken wire.
