The installation was a bit spotty, the thermostat did not want to establish a connection with our home WIFI and remain with a virtual connection. Having to only connect through a device such as a cellular telephone staticly seems to be a drawback with this WIFI Thermostatic device. How do you expect to contact any support if there are an any issues?

Its too hard to connect to your phone. I had to hook up with an older phone and not to a phone 3 weeks old. My installer worked for over an hour trying to get hooked up with my new phone and my wife got it hooked up with a phone we had left over from 5 yrs ago
