Get everything done but then it freezes and you have to cancel setup.to get out of it.
Not happy at all. The two professionals had problems on setting it up as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's functional, works fine but it's ugly. The Home Screen is cluttered, it's clunky, it's not back lit nor does It turn on as you approach it. We switched from a Nest but prefer the sleek look, and ease in programing of the Nest much more than this one.

I didn’t realize how much I would like being able to set my thermostat remotely! I haven’t had to touch the actual thermostat since the initial setup day. I also love being able to choose the illumination of the T6 Wi-Fi thermostat. The app itself has been a little flukey though. I sometimes have to close out and relaunch to get it to go past the splash screen. I also have received several “too many login attempts” and have to re-log in which has been annoying. I feel like this could be partly due to my smart watch. I can work around that until a patch is made for whatever issue there is going on. I love the thermostat!

I am able to control the heat in my home remotely. I can also monitor the indoor temperature to be sure that there will be no frozen pipes! Very convenient and easy to use.

Excellent thermostat, fixed my issue I had with my heating because my system was a 2-stage system and previous owner installed a single stage thermostat. Now my house is getting warmer than previously.

Awesome thermostat. Love the Smart home enabling. Only missing one star because I liked the look of the Ecobee better, but my Ecobee couldn't accommodate multi-stage heating and cooling and variable speed fan.

Works well but with a couple of issues. I enjoy setting the T6 using the phone app. Much easier than on the T6 itself. My two issues are:
1 The heat pump lock out seems to work when it wants. It's set to 30 F but it has run as low as 23 F. Maybe sensor location has someone to do with it?
2 The runtime graph in the app works intermittently at best. This needs work but doesn't affect the T6 operation.
