I really like having control of my thermostat from my phone. Setting it up was easy especially since the service tech was at my home checking out my unit for the upcoming season. We had to call the customer service line to set it up ----- easy.

Setup instructions for "auto convert" between heat and cool were not intuitive for me. I was able to complete the install with the help of Honeywell tech support, but what she had me do was more than what was in the setup instructions. Unknown is the control from the app once we are traveling. I believe it will be good. So far, the product appears to be excellent.
