I keep getting error messages, not sure why. On one occasion I had to completely erase everything on the setup to get rid of error message, and set up everything from scratch. Not a major issue, but very annoying none the less

I continuously have to delete the application and then reload for it to work Often it will not take my email and password which I know is correct.

It works great and I like the features it has. The one feature missing that would be nice is the ability to set the fan mode based on the schedule. For example, I want it in circulate mode when I am home but I want it in auto mode when I am away.

The basic operation works well. Our product was installed in the home when we bought it and I had to contact support to have it reset for me. There should be an easier approach to resetting the device for a new home owner - that's not an edge case.

This has not âautoâ function so I have to manually set cooling or heat, it doesnât allow me to set both. This is a big problem.

The device 2 days after the contractor set it up disconnected itself from my wifi - 2g. Have followed all the online and user manual recommendations without success. Connecting to wifi should be straight forward even the contractor had initial probs

When its working it's great, but we regularly get notifications that that it's having trouble connecting with the WiFi. Connectivity doesn't seem to be an issue with any of our other devices when we get these notification though.

Super great thermostat, it was easy to set up and connect to my phone. Works with my google home and scheduling is super easy
