This product has very few glitches. We had an updated model and it would always have trouble shooting issues when operating the thermostat via cell phone. So we tried this model and we are satisfied.

Over all not bad. Setup could be easier but once you set it up it works well. I don’t like the click noise it makes each time it tuns on. Makes me think something is wrong. Wish it had more options like the nest, which I had before, but it is pretty basic.

This is my third wifi thermostat from Honeywell. It took months and multiple service calls to install and after that multiple calls l to technical support to link the system to my phone . Your system was down for days, no one was answering the phones and after leaving my call back number multiple times it was days before I received a call back. In fact for some reason my two other systems are both offline and I have not had the energy to address the problem with your technical support team. I’m extremely disappointed with your product and service!
