So far this thermostat has been working flawlessly. This is what I would call a basic one entry level smart thermostat. It's not overloaded with too many bells and whistles that would confuse or scare the less tech savvy consumer. Integration and setup was very easy. There are several options for scheduling climate control. There is an app to control and monitor the thermostat from pretty much anywhere. The thermostat can also be easily controlled the traditional way by using the touchscreen controls, which are very plainly shown on the face of the thermostat and are pretty easy to figure out. If you've never had a smart thermostat this is a great choice to see if it's for you or not. Even if you decide not to use the smart function parts of the thermostat it still works perfectly as a standalone, wall mounted unit.

I liked this thermostat with the exception that there is nothing on the display to indicate when the auxiliary heat is on in our heat pump unit in very cool weather. The Honeywell model the T6 replaced had this feature.
