This thing should have been smart enough to keep the temperature where we wanted it without us having to switch back and forth between heating and cooling and emergency heat. This also gave no indication whether it was capable of utilizing emergency heat when the outside temperatures reached a certain temp. Replaced with a Nest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A nice looking and great operating stat for use on our church campus, we use 4 in the different areas and find the comfort very good even though the areas are all differntly constructed.

Works well. Had trouble at first getting it connected to WiFi but apparently it was an internal Honeywell issue. After contacting them they figured out the problem on their end and called me back to walk me through how to get connected. It then worked and is very nice to be able to control your temperature settings from anywhere using your phone and also monitoring what the actual temperature is in your house if you are not home.

I have started using the Honeywell Home App. after my electric Bill jumped to twice my usual amount. With the App I can control and use electricity saving temperatures during SLEEP Mode and also make changes to the Wake Time, HOME Time, and also the temperatures during these Modes.
I will know the effect of these Changes and Controls after I get my next Billing Statement.

Works well, installation generally ok but uses own wifi to connect to phone vs Bluetooth likenother smart home devices. Makes installation more clumbsy and error prone. Had one problem for whick I called support. They were very responsive
