The thermostat is wonderful! It's so stable and regulates quite well. It has not given us any problems while we're at home or abroad. Easy to program.

Went from the old style manual thermostat to this and like being able to manage settings on a schedule. Also like the remote access.

Works pretty well if installed properly. Connection seems to go offline from time to time on the app, but has not been a cause of concern.

It took multiple attempts to set up this thermostat with the app. I had difficulty as did the contractor who installed it on the wall. After installation, the thermostat cycles the A/C on and off constantly.

The WiFi stinks!!! Iâm always losing the connection to a point where I just turned off The WiFi. Not worth the hassle or aggravation.

The product functions somewhat normally but the issue is the device constantly loses wifi conection to app. (Not home wifi related) this is a problem with either the app or the thermostat. The thermostat was very difficult to link to the app.
