Great features, great prices, great thermostat.

This is not a wire it in and forget it thermostat. If you read all instructions, it will lead you through the setup step by step. If you ignore the instructions, you have your work cut out for you. I have installed over 200 T6 thermostats, and have only had an issue with one, and I believe that was caused by abuse from the customer. To sum it up, I can stock my HVAC service truck with any thermostat in the world. I, and all of my colleagues choose Honeywell T6’s.

Very glitchy when it comes to connecting with internet and phone app. Specifically bought this to be able to control remotely through the app and it frequently disconnects. Would not recommend

Great upgrade from the original thermostat. Love the touch screen and the convenience of the control from my phone. The ONLY issue is that is sometimes has connectivity issues and the router is 15ft away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It never stays connected to the wifi and it’s 12 inches away from the wifi box, router and all that stuff. It never stays connected to the app. I’ve reset the wifi so many times and it never works!!! I’ve followed the step online! It doesn’t work!!!!

This came with the new home we bought. If it wasn't under warranty I would have already replaced it.
Setting it up took multiple tries/resets/etc..., and I work in IT.
The schedule simply doesn't work.
There is no option to add remote sensors.
