The problem is with the WiFi technology and not the product. The WiFi connection doesn’t stay connected. Do I blame the thermostat, my router, or one of the other 20 WiFi devices in my home?

Doesn't Reconnect to WiFi after A Loss of Signal

Good thermostat except that everytime wifi goes down, I have to unplug it from the wall to reset. I depend on wifi functionality and not have it is getting quite tiresome.

Love it. Just yesterday was traveling home from FL and saw it was 12 degrees at home...so I turned the heat up in house and when we arrived home the house was warm and cozy.

No idea how the thing works and no manual online. Can't even find a proper model number on the unit without breaking it open. On hold for now more than an hour. We've used Nest and been thrilled for years. How stuck with an unsupported object (as far as usefulness, it's essentially junk, as no idea how it works or where to find the right APP) and the footprint so large on wall that can't switch it out for a nest without replastering.

Awesome product. Works great, can control it from my phone and also love the scheduling ability! Has always performed as it should. The installer did have a little trouble getting it to talk to apple products, but after a phone call, he got it. Love it!

The display is basic and it's easy to accidentally switch the mode from Heat to AC. Neither the thermostat or the app allow you to put a cap on how high the temperature can be set to. If you're looking for a basic thermostat this may be right for you, but I will be looking for another one.
