It was easy to install and setup. Does what I need it to do for my heat pump with electric furnace backup. Coming from a manual thermostat this is a great upgrade. I like being able to set the lockout and balance points to get the most out of the heat pump before switching over to electric heat. Internet connectivity is a nice feature for controlling on the app, no issues with it. This product could be improved by displaying the outdoor temperature on the thermostat (available on app though). Additionally I would have liked it to display whether it is using auxiliary heat or not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No Homekit compatibility

I have not been able, for longer than a year, to register my Lyric T6 Pro (TH6220WF2006) with Homekit platform using Apple Home application. I was successful to register the thermostat with Honeywell Home and PEPCO Smart Home applications. I have added about 30 Homekit compatible accessories to my home platform successfully so far but failed repeatedly to install this one. Can anyone, with Homekit experience, help me? The printing on the original box claims this device is Homekit (see the picture) compatible?

It is very easy to program I like that a lot also I like the size of the unit the temperature is very accurate with this thermostat my furnace only comes on two times in an hour keeps the house nice and warm

Marginally Decent. Doesn't display outdoor temp/humidity, indoor humidity, status of equipment. Reacts instantly to input, cannot cycle to choice and hit 'enter', causing undesirable affects on equipment. Was forced into use with equipment install. This is NOT the OLD Honeywell I am familiar with.

I love the geofencing so that if I forget to set the temp before I leave, the system will ensure the right temp is set for the day. Also, having the geofencing activate as I make my way home, it starts to cool (or heat) my home before I arrive home. Doesn’t get better than that!

Would have given it 5 star if it had not been so confusing on connecting to the app. Never worked according to instructions but I figured it out. Suggest you work on instructions for iPhone app.
