This thermostat was easy to connect to my home network but there was one step that wasn’t clear. When you are told to select your network I thought I was supposed to select it from my phone and couldn’t; I actually needed to tap and hold the name of my network listed on the thermostat screen. No big deal, I figured it out after a few try’s; that instruction step just wasn’t clear.

It has no humidity reading. It was a real pain to get connected to my WiFi. Tried calling help line...hour long wait times. Email support is non existent. And I can’t get it to work with apple HomeKit.

Convenient to use from anywhere. System is a little difficult to find out how to set though. Getting it connected to wifi was also difficult as the settings in the Honeywell software are not always immediately compatible.

Not the most straight forward to program and change temperature on the fly. I do like that in the same schedule you can set heat and AC temps

It was very difficult to connect and tried to take of the permanent hold to set schedule and it keeps reverting to permanent hold.
