The thermostat is fine and works as described however we had trouble the contractors installation. They had to return several times to discover what was wrong.

Great product, only issue is not being able to use my PC to access. Using a phone app is fine, but I travel out of the country in areas without access to my smart phone. Using a PC would be wonderful.

I preferred an earlier edition that we have at our summer residence that notifies us when our WIFI is out; this model does not communicate that to us

Had to return a thermostat because it kept losing wifi signal even if wifi signal was very good. actually i have two of them in my house and they both kept losing signal. One never could get signal. Even bought an audiometer to check wifi signal.
