It's a thermostat. Accessing the thermostat from my phone is useful, but not necessary. Setting up the wifi access could have been far easier. I struggled connecting the thermostat compared to my other wifi enabled devices.
The thermostat came with our new condo in Holland, MI. I didn't have a choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The display for this thermostat is simple to read. Nice that it dims when not active. Easy to control multiple thermostats with on-line vacation commands. Units are programmable from thermostat or on-line app.

Good product, but disappointing function setting

I enjoy the option of presetting your temperature times and that I can access the thermostat from my phone app. What I'm disappointed in is the sleep to wake time set. My wake time is set for 7am, but at 5:30am the temp kicks on as the wake time. I have tried numerous times to reset this, but to no avail. Otherwise, a fine device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only thing I find it doesn't have like my ecobee in my other house which tell how long my furnace has been running I can change my temperature when my way from home a tell if I been saving money

If there is a simple way to set the desired temp and never have to touch the thermostat again unless you want to change the temp, we can’t figure it out. New home and never got an owners manual so trying to figure it out on line. Can you help please?
