After 3 days of trying to make it work and hours on hold on the phone with support it was finally decided that the unit I had was bad and I should return it and get another. Now that the new one is in it works great and when you DO speak to tech support, they are friendly and knowledgeable but I was on hold for FOUR HOURS before getting ahold of a human!
Doesn’t hold WiFi connection. Other Smart WiFi devices in the home do not have the same problem. This of course defeats the purpose of having a smart thermostat.
The interface to setup threes on the app is the worst I've seen. It looks intuitive but it's not. I have 2 of these and both took repeated attempts to setup. Honeywell need to revisit the whole thing.
