The schedule functionality is nice, but it defeats the purpose when you have to manally change the mode for it to work. The previous thermostat we had you could program the temp you wanted and the thermostat would heat or cool to maintain that temp. For this one, if you schedule it to be 20deg. until 9pm then want it to become 19 deg, it won't do anything unless you manually switch to cool mode, so you might as well just not use the scheudle and manually change the temp and mode at the same time.
It was very difficult to pair with my iPhone I finally had to wait a week for the patch... To do remote adjustment on the thermostat. Although your support phone team was excellent. I needed to call numerous times and they were very attentive and insightful. It seems to be working now remotely since I am not currently at that location.
Set up is poor. Customer service is beyond awful, there is no repair or replace option. And they only last 5 months. Last time I’ll buy a Honeywell product.
My thermostat was defective when put on my new home. When I turned my heater on the air conditioner was activated. When I turned the AC on the heater turned on. I woke up one evening to an 85 degree home. When I tried to get it replaced it was over a month on backorder.
