All I wanted from a wifi thermostat was to be able to check and change my temperature settings remotely. The only way I can do that is to set up my phone to require a password to open it, which I don't want to have to do.

Work well so I have no complaints about their functionality. Minor issues that prevent me from giving them a five-star rating include lack of precision in the temperature play (should go to tenths of a degree) and an indicator if active.

This only connects to 2.4 GHZ wi-fi. All the new routers (google mesh, etc) do not let you choose 2.4 or 5.0 and as such the thermostat cannot connect to wi-fi. There are many on-line posts as to how frustrating this is - it's become old technology!

Don't like the opening screen. Prefer the system that came with my heat pump. Shows outside temp, 5 days of weather and opens in a full screen, not a small window at the top of the page.

The problem I have with thermostat is I cannot keep it connected to WiFi and the app will forget my device. It is the absolute hardest device I have ever setup the WiFi on and the process can be greatly simplified. The app needs a lot of work
