Junk like all of Honeywell products. Took 5 attempts on 2 different days to set it up. Can't wait until I get rid of it and buy something that actually works. Unfortunately this is what my new house came with.
Older house with 2-wire electrical will need a converter. Also, there is a glitch with the app for iPhone. Make sure that has been resolved if you intended to control the thermostat remotely. Other than that, love it!
Thermostats go completely blank intermittently and touching them does not bring them back up right away. 30 seconds or so later they light back up. Seems to be when heat mode is selected. Could not configure/setup with an iPhone 12, had to use an older device before it would work. Makes me believe app needs to be updated to work with newer iOS devices. The schedule setup all works fine within the app.
It’s easy to use. It works well. And the ability to use it with Wi-Fi access through Honeywell home app is handier and more useful than I had expected it to be.
