Great device! We love it. We have setup 4 different temperature periods over a 24 hour day, and it is sure nice to let the thermostat do all the changes versus us having to remember to do them. Had one setup issue linking to our WIFI, but the customer service team helped me through a setting change on the thermostat and then everything worked fine. We would highly recommend this thermostat.

Great thermostat and phone app! I especially like the ability to enter a range of temperatures in case we need the AC at bedtime and then need the heat before we wake up. Haven't used the geofencing yet but it looks like it would be handy for some people.

This thermostat does not stay connected to WiFi. It defeats the purpose of having a smart thermostat as I often can’t change the temperature from my phone. Customer service is difficult to contact and unhelpful. My internet is confirmed not to be the issue.
