Contractor installed it along with a new AC unit. Very easy to use and I can program it with my smart phone if I need to. Very happy with it.

It would be great but the geo fence doesn't work. I work for an Hvac company and mine was given to me by a Honeywell sales rep. Geo fenced worked for 3 days then got stuck in away mode. Tried to reset, worked 3 days and got stuck again.

It is too difficult to keep connected to the WiFi. I have given up on connecting it. The process isnât the easiest and it will stay connected a day or less and drop off.

My tstats seemed to have an issue connecting to WPA-2 networks. I ended up having to create an extra unsecured (with MAC filter) network for them to connect to.

Our smart thermostat was in our new home we purchased in March. It's great just set it and forget. We are very pleased with it's performance.
