I had previously had a different version of a honeywell wifi thermostat that I liked much better. This is more difficult to program and the app is extremely limited. Not sure why they wouldn't create and app to make it easier to create a schedule.

I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. I have spent hours attempting to sync my three thermostats up on the app to no avail. Not only will the thermostats not sync, but they won’t even show up in the app or connect to the internet. Save yourself time and frustration and buy a nest instead. I am a technologically savvy person and so is my boyfriend and we could not get this to work. We are debating just removing the devices and starting fresh with a nest. Additionally, the features are nothing special. I’d get a different device.

Convenient. For the T6- Thermostat the CRC code was confusing. The CRC Code is not only numbers. It contained a word as well. This was confusing. The tech left before WiFi was connected. Instructions were nowhere to be found on the net or in the booklet. What is the CRC Code??? Where on the box? No?
Answer- So, after pressing the WiFi icon to connect your smartphone or what have, the next scroll that shows up on the TR-6 Thermostat is a word then a dash followed by numbers. THIS is the CRC code!!!! A word followed by numbers. Spent a long long time trying to figure that out. When tech returned for another issue, technician explained this to me.
The Device MAC ID was a series of numbers and pretty apparent. Hope this saves some time and frustration, and no need for a technician visit. As well as leads to enjoyment of this cool app. No need to use the panel.

Constantly having problems with this thermostat, I am presently looking around to purchase another type ... don’t buy this one ... fed up having my service company come out to fix issues ( This was installed with my Lennar home)
