In the short time that we have had it, everything seems to be working fine. We like being able to use the app to schedule programs and change the temp when we want to. Overall a really good thermostat.

The thermostat looks great, however, it does not follow the schedule that is set. It has a mind of its own and we aren’t sure where the times are coming from that it is changing. Everything is correct in our app.

Other than the room temperature, the numbers are very hard to see.
Maybe there’s a reason for it but they could be a little bigger or at least a little darker.

Love being able to control my HVAC system from anywhere! Love honeywell, so much easier to install and set up. And with the Honeywell it can be set up without the owner being there, where with Nest the owner has to be there and his phone near the thermostat . They are the best!

The setup of these units should be far easier. A QR code that automatically configured the unit through an app would be far easier! It took over an hour per T stat to configure them and required multiple calls with a tech.
