Like it so far. New home has 2 systems so we have 2 units installed. Not quite as intuitive as the Emerson Sensi Touch in our previous house but I’m still getting used to it. I’ll give it a full year and see how it does in the Arizona summer and update as necessary.
Easy to set up. Easy to use. Took me about five minutes to download the app and program my thermostat. I can access it with my smart phone anywhere I go. Much better than the thermostat I had.
from Troy, NY but the thermostat is in Turnersville, NJ

Installed by contractor, so I can't comment on ease of installation. Very disappointed that it is not compatible with the existing Honeywell Total Connect Comfort app, requiring me to move three other thermostats in two different locations to the new app. It took me nearly three hours to figure this out. I preferred the user interface of the TCC app to that of the Honeywell Home app. After about four weeks the new thermostat has gone off line and I can't get it back remotely. This could be an issue with the wi-fi not the fault of the thermostat but I have no way of knowing and the thermostat is a four hour drive.
Before I explain my rating, I must let it be known that I previous home (2 months ago) I had a carrier (Bryant) heat pump installed. The thermostat with that system was incredible. Since we had this home built the standard system is Bryant furnace and air conditioner. The system came with a Honeywell T6 thermostat. This thermostat did not arrive with an operator's manual, one had to go online to find the manual and it did not detail the operation!!! It gave very little information. The on screen menu was not intuitively obvious and was challenging to navigate and could not give the information and control that I expected/wanted. There is no equipment status and setting schedules (without explanation) sucks! I was an electrical/software engineer and I not seen this interface and documentation so poorly presented.
