Difficult to set up with Wi-Fi, hard to read, hard to use. It took me several tries to connect to Wi-Fi. User interface very hard to read, reminds me of old DOS programming from the 1980’s. Still trying to understand all the features. Needs to be more intuitive like iPhones.
The thermostat itself is great — looks nice, easy to use, and comes with a cooling/heating schedule that I like to use to automatically cool the house at night but keep neutral during the day when I’m away at work. The app is pretty cool too as you can do all the same things there but set up and pairing was a little confusing. It took me several tries before realizing one step I had done wrong and finally getting them paired.
Manual says wifi enable. Not so. Cannot find any info on when to change batteries. No low battery warning, I guess. Needs brighter background, all the time. Not what I have come to expect from Honeywell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Same, please verify the complete model number of your thermostat located on the back of the faceplate, if the model number has a WF after the TH6320 then it is a Wi-Fi model. This model does not require batteries, it works with the C wire coming from your HVAC system and it is possible to adjust the screen idle brightness on this thermostat.
