Came with a new heat pump system, professionally installed. Very difficult to find programming how-to, as the online info does not apply to this model. Schedule does not support 7, 5-2 5-1-1,1 even though the box clearly says the unit offers this flexibility.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works because the tech set it. I cannot change the temp or the mode. Have read the instructions twice and tried many times to reset it with no sustained results.

Works perfectly with my dual fuel system. Also works great with Alexa. Couldn’t be happier. I paid a local HVAC company to install it and glad I did. Not exactly like “old school” thermostats that I’ve installed myself in my other homes.

It does not show outside temp as my previous ones did. Also, for heat pumps, does not show auxiliary heat mode. Disappointing!!
