App is glitchy and their feature to trigger tax credits or other utility benefits does not work. The schedule feature is nice but you have to set it on the hardware not thru the app.

Stat functions the way it should with more than enough advanced settings for many types of systems and functions. It was installed by contractor with a new hvac system recently. The thermostat looks nice on the wall with backplate included, and you can adjust the backlight brightness. Does not show outdoor temp or humidity. Does not have any color options. A very basic black number/ white background wifi thermostat with a very basic looking phone app. I liked the RTH9585WF stat and app from Honeywell much better.

It won't follow the schedule! Every day around 6 PM, it changes the set temperature to the overnight setting.
It runs the furnace fan even when the mode is set to OFF.

This thermostat is easy to use. We matched it to my phone in just a couple of minutes. If I am in bed and need to adjust the air conditioner, I just grab my phone. You can adjust the brightness on the display. We have ours set at a bright setting so it even serves as a nightlight.
