Replaced my Nest thermostat with the Honeywell. Nest support was terrible they read ftom a script and could not resolve my issue. Honeywell app very easy to use. Installed one month now no issues

This is not well designed. Very difficult to use in comparison with Google Nest and Emerson Sensi. Almost impossible to program which is very disconcerting. Customer service phone number leads to call center in another country where they would like “access to your Mac book” to help you. Finally figured it out myself.

We are having fun with this advanced technology. It is user friendly and a great tool to keep our new AC working at peak performance. Initial set up was tricky, but once we got past that it has been smooth sailing.
