Honeywell gave its tech support to another company that does not answer the phone to help customers with problems with there thermostats. I waited 3 hours for them to answer then gave up. I have screenshots to prove it. Also try to get a phone number for Honeywell to tell them that there help service is terrible and you won’t be able to find a phone number for them.

This thermostat is amazing. We replaced our previous Honeywell stat with this one so we could take advantage of the wifi and app features. We love it! Just like our last Honeywell, you can program it to automatically switch from heat to a/c and back. The only con, and barely a con, is that it is not pleasing to the eye. It works with Smartthings app as well as Alexa seamlessly.
