I’m having too many issues with wifi connection. I did reset it so many times but works for couple of hours, maybe one or two days but then lost the connection, and it’s so frustrating. At the beginning was working awesome, I used to set the temperature on my way back home, but since connection issues started, I can’t anymore. Other than that, it works pretty good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked fine initially with phone app compatibility, but now not communicating with app at all. All other home products do not have a problem with wifi connection except thermostat. Have tried resetting thermostat, router, you name it. Customer service was of no help and did not have any answers to malfunctioning product. Moved into a brand new development less than 3 yrs old. Would not recommend buying this product again!

Works great , I can adjust the temperature from anyplace that has Wi-Fi !
After the first day we saw it was simple to understand and use !!
I have to add I am in a wheelchair and can make an adjustment from wherever I am in the house using my phone .
