Relatively easy to use. I found little or no difficulty using it. I do wish the directions, however, would have been easier, as some might find it difficult to follow.

Nice thermostat but somewhat difficult to program. Setting up Wi-Fi was not straight forward and then setting up the scheduling took a little getting use to.
My old Honeywell thermostat showed the outside temperature based on my Wi-Fi setup location and this one does not. I really miss that feature!
In summery, I like my older Honeywell thermostat much better.
I would not recommend this to a friend because of the ease of use and the missing outside temperature feature.
It came installed with our new townhouse, so I will get use to it.

My cottage is on an island in northern Ontario. I had this installed with the hope i could heat the cottage while I was on my way from the south. It does just what I had hoped. It was 52 in the cottage and by using the APP i turned the heat up to 70. By the time i arrived 2 hours later it was 70.
