Geofencing is inconsistent and the app has general issues on the weekly basis. Otherwise very solid app if you have the proper internet to support it.

I’ve had this device for around 2 years and everything was great. I’m a retired union electrician and have installed many of your control devices. You changed your app and now I have a non “smart device”. This device was not cheap but now it is no different than a cheap stat. So what are your plans for a fix? Maybe go back to app that worked.

Resideo took over Honeywell and the app now hardly works. Zero customer service. Go with anyone else but Resideo

Easy and efficient. We were recently gone for vacation - a week. We used this feature to set the thermostat while we away and then the return to our regular schedule for the afternoon we return and it was great—-cooled to our desired temp. We did check often during the time we were gone and it was just the right preset temp for those days always.
